Provider and provisional status

Cadrega.ai is provided by Cadrega.ai di Vitali Pisani, VAT No. 02981030188. For legal or operational notices, contact vitali.pisani@gmail.com.

These terms are a provisional version for the private beta. They will be updated before public launch or before final commercial terms are activated.

Accounts, beta and access

You may create an account, sign in, request beta access and, when available, manage a subscription. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

Beta features may be incomplete, experimental or subject to change. Cadrega may limit, suspend or close beta access for abuse, technical issues or non-compliant use.

App use and external providers

Cadrega is a GUI/workspace for coordinating coding agents and external providers. It does not replace the terms, policies or limits of providers you connect or use through the app.

If you use third-party providers, you are responsible for keys, accounts, costs and content sent to those providers under their terms.

Local data and chat content

Conversations, messages, project files and context handled by the desktop app are stored locally on the user’s computer, unless a cloud feature is expressly identified.

Cadrega does not collect the contents of your local chats as product data. The app provides the interface and tools to work with agents and providers chosen by the user.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions, limits, prices and paid features will be shown before purchase. Until final terms are published, commercial information may change.

Payments may be handled by specialized third-party providers. Cadrega does not store full payment card details.

Limitations

The service is provided “as is” during beta. To the extent permitted by law, Cadrega does not guarantee error-free operation, continuous availability or fitness for a specific purpose.

Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, except for mandatory rules that apply to individual users.
